Change of Payment Options - Important Information!

Hello there!

Well it finally happened....our Card Payment Processor's legal team has finally decided to exclude our business from their 'Suitable Business Definitions'.

At roughly 1pm on the 11th of September, we received noticed that they would be cancelled their contract and services with immediate affect.

Needless to say this has caused a massive inconvenience to both you, our loyal customer, and us. Orders have slowed down and rightly so, the easiest, most convenient method to pay has been removed!

 

Now all is not lost - we're looking into a number of companies who might be able to help, we're not expecting much success immediately - most card processors hate souvenirs cannabis seed businesses - however we are positive we can get one in the future as countries change their stance and drug policies.

 

Right now we can offer you the following payment options to complete your order:

  • Bank Transfer - If you're an Internet Banking Customer, this can easily be done within the UK & EU on your mobile app (International customers will require a PC). Our Details are provided at checkout and payment will normally take no longer than 5 working days to clear from EU & International customers. UK Bank Transfers are immediate!
  • Crypto - This is fast becoming the most popular way to pay and it's a lot easier than people think! Make use of a Broker Website to purchase a form of Crypto currency (Coinbase and Crypto.com the most popular Brokers & Bitcoin being the most popular currency), complete your order and our 'Wallet' address will appear - you then send the total given from your new crypto account (AKA 'Wallet) and once it arrives in our account, your order is paid and complete! 
  • Cash in the Post - This is the oldest of methods and one of the most reliable. Sending cash in the post can always be a leap of faith - however when shopping with us, we'd hope to think that our customer service record and Trustpilot review score helps reassure any potential customer that we're a genuine business and your order is guaranteed! All we ask is that you send the payment in a sealed container, with a trackable delivery service. This will help avoid any potential issues with missing money!
